Welcome to Obsession Solves ("Service"), operated by Obsession Community ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Obsession Solves, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Obsession Solves is a community platform for sharing treasure hunting tracking sessions. Users can upload tracking data exported from the Obsession Tracker app and share selected information with the community.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To submit content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the Service
• Create derivative works (such as thumbnails or previews)
• Use your content to promote the Service

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with our Content Policy
• The content does not promote illegal activities

4.3 Moderation

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice. We are not obligated to publish any content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that promotes trespassing on private property
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use automated means to access the Service without authorization

6. Treasure Hunting Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Treasure hunting involves inherent risks. The content on this Service is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any tracking data or locations
• The legality of accessing any locations described
• The safety of any activities depicted
• The existence or location of any treasure

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the legality of accessing any location
• Obtaining necessary permissions before entering any property
• Your own safety during any treasure hunting activities
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Obsession Community and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

8. DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a DMCA notice to: dmca@obsession.community

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obsession Community, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
